This means that you cannot add actual “Armor” to the Chasis until at least Level 15, as that is the lowest level at which Raider Power Armor can be used (which is the lowest level Power Armor).īecause there is no requirement to use the Chasis, you can remove the Armor and simply wear it.įurthermore, each Power Armor is powered by a Fusion Core and cannot function without one.
The Chasis can be used by any player, but the rest of the pieces are level locked to the specific type of Power Armor. The Chasis, Torso, Helmet, Left Arm, Right Arm, Right Leg, and Left Leg comprise Power Armor. The adventure begins when you discover your first set of Power Armor in Fallout 76 and must figure out how it “works.” Many of the advantages gained from these Stats are simply nice to have on any character. While many Builds benefit from the Stats they choose, Power Armor Builds do not, at least not directly. If you use Melee Weapons, Strength will increase your Melee Damage, but the only reason you need these Stats is for the Perks you gain by selecting them, which isn't ideal. Unfortunately, with the exception of Strength, none of these Stats directly benefit a Power Armor Build. Strength, Intelligence, and Luck are the three main stats required for a Power Armor Build. Many players are unaware that each Stat provides a passive bonus.įor example, each point of Endurance increases your Max Health by 5% and reduces your Sprinting AP drain by 5%.
